3 weeks later and flaxseeds did not make any difference for me, none what so ever and now that I am listening to you guys while typing I can hear all the bull…….from the both of you…..Especially at 5:10 .. I hope that you are doing more good than bad with your other videos.

They are full of it, but what does improve blood pressure, weed does and/or CBD. Now there are only 10 legal states, but CBD is legal federally, so that is an option.
I like flaxseed with my yogurt. I will try it in my apple sauce.
